The breakfast was generous, the staff were extremely friendly, the service was great, and the location was convenient with a fantastic Asian restaurant nearby.

Fairly clean, fantastic value hotel, the location was great near to a large shopping complex and frequent public transport and taxis. Enjoyed the location close to many restaurants and bars. I had some drinks at Bar Cala Canta, positioned 200 metres away. It was as expected, had an excellent stay for 5 nights.

The staff - some of them were poorly trained.

A nice, clean, not too big hotel, close to the beach and not too far from Palma. Perfect for a short holiday in Mallorca.

The excellent location; only one minute away from the beach, 10 minutes by taxi from the airport and 15 minutes by bus to Palma

The staff came across as lazy. They were not very friendly, often the bar in the lobby was left unattended, breakfast is officially served between 8 and 10:30 but often by 09:30 the buffet was half empty.

Conveniently situated near a beautiful local beach with beach towels provided by reception, this place perfectly served its purpose.

very small rooms, no view as promised. also promised a move to abetter romm..didn't materialise. asked for an alarm call and never materialised either.

If you are by car, this is a good place to stay for a night or two to see Palma and to rest on the beach at starting the travell across the island. Everything was clean and functioning. Flatcreen-TV in Spanish, German and English, safebox, and WiFi for free plus a stand-alone Internet for coins ware on board. The clean and wide beach is some 50m far from the hotel (nothing to compare with the dirty and crawdy Es Arenal 6.) It has an own pool and restaurant. The neighbourhood is not the most beautiful but clean and peaceful. The receptionists were very kind. Can easily recommend.
